Full Refunds

Any job for which Technic Solutions does not actually perform any meaningful work (or incur any administrative or transport costs) can be refunded in full.

Partial Refunds

If partial work is performed, we will evaluate our costs as they relate to that specific job and seek to reach an agreement for a refund with the client, whether it be partial refund or a full refund.

Refunds on Completed Work

No refunds will be issued in cases where the work on a specific job has already been performed to completion.

If there are any problems or incomplicances with the work of our experts, all problems will be resolved with a warranty repair and in the manner described in our service contract.

Non-Refundable Services

Job deposits are to be considered fully earned and are not refundable, since they are necessary to cover Technic Solutions’ administrative expenses. These include receiving the email or call, reviewing the task, doing research, providing an estimate, and procuring materials for the job.
